Designing for a California Real Estate Agent

For Bhumika Patel’s website, I took her key notes and designed and developed a site that reflects her needs and preferences. Starting with her existing website, I migrated things like reviews, her bio, and multimedia content like her photos and videos.

I decided to keep a simple color pallette, the color black lets the people know that Bhutika sells luxurious properties and it also enhances the relationship she has with Compass (Since Compass uses a black palette).

The homepage design is mobile-friendly, and while a blog section wasn’t prioritized initially, I built the site with the flexibility to add a blog later, enabling her to update content and improve SEO. Finally, I pulled a video of her from her old website and added it as a CTA.
